“ Lovely place! We had a Lager and Cider with onion rings for starters. Chicken pot pie with puffy pastry and Irish chicken curry with basmati rice for the main course. Every dish is tasty, with sufficient portions for one person. The main course is about 25 per dish. Drinks were great too. Plenty of seats indoors and outdoors. Cozy, chill vibes. The service is relaxed, and slow too, so be patient, enjoy the nice open sky, looking at the park nearby after being seated. We paid about 90 with a tip for two people. ”

Seperate dining area, which was clearly popular. Nice atmosphere, not rushed, very laid back & very friendly. Great choice of beers and wines. A really nice bar, not cheap, but on a par with most other bars that we visited on our short trip to New Yoek in February & March 2025. In January of 2024, I brought and treated my wife and I for dinner at Granny Annie’s and we very much enjoyed our time dining there. We were kindly welcomed by the restaurant’s staff, promptly provided with a table, and our server, Richard did a great job on taking our orders and explaining the menu options. Both my wife and I were very impressed with the restaurant’s clean and polished surroundings, and lively ambiance. In addition to the great service and atmosphere, both my wife and I found our meals to be quite tasty and delicious. My wife ordered and enjoyed her salmon based entree while I ordered and loved my turkey sandwich meal!!! If you are looking to visit and dine at a restaurant on Roosevelt Island, then look further than Granny Annie’s Bar & Kitchen. You’ll have a great dining experience!!! ”
